Job Title: Project Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects
by overseeing various departments and facilitating effective communication. Your responsibilities will encompass project
management, vendor quality management, and resource allocation to guarantee project success. This position demands
meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Description:

● Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitate strong follow-ups with all respective departments to ensure timely
and accurate data collection.
● Vendor Quality Management: Manage and contribute to the development and upgrading of vendor quality
standards.
● Resource Allocation: Ensure availability and efficient allocation of resources for project tasks.
● Project Performance Measurement: Utilize appropriate project management tools to measure and evaluate project
performance.
● Timely Reporting: Highlight any hindrances causing delays in project timelines and promptly report and escalate
issues to upper management.
● Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and
transparency in project processes.
● Site Support: Provide support to the installation and commissioning team working at the site.

Qualifications, Experience:

● Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

● Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industrial automation, welding processes, machining processes, and
working knowledge of manufacturing industries.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and interact
effectively with customers and suppliers.
● Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with various types of measuring instruments, basic knowledge of
GD&T, and familiarity with welding processes.
● Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
and Excel).
● Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
● Pressure Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure.
● Mobility: Ownership of a vehicle is preferable.
