Area must be solid and levelled enough to avoid any settelment, crack or tilting of hoist. .

Carrying with suitble trolley or hydra

Movement of frame mjust be done with Mobile Crane or Chain Pulley.

Carrying with suitbae trolley or hydra, Chain must be fastened with the frame.

Trolley must be securely clampped with Lower Pulley Clamping Plate

1. Place the hoist about 3 mtrs in straight line with the tower.
2. Now the free end of the wire rope from the hoist is pulled and placed around the
bottom pulley of the tower.
3. It is pulled up the top of the tower and placed around the top pulley .
4. The wire rope is moved around the pulley to come down to the pulley attached to the
trolley.
5. The wire rope is moved around this pulley and pulled up to a point where it is fixed to a
hook and clamped with staples.
