Dear Sir,
My name is Vy , 23 year old, I come from in Ho Chi Minh city. I am one of the customers
clients who experienced your food and services at your restaurant recently.
I am writing to complain about some things which made me unsatisfied. I think the first
crucial problem would be that I waited there for about 1 hour for the food to come. Moreover,
My family felt more disappointed by the of staff. Because they seemed to be very arrogant
and unprofessional towards their customers.
I think the first solution for this case is you need reprimand your staff and pay more attention
to improve your customer service so that it will not happen again in future with anyone. You
should also push the kitchen on time to prepare dishes so customers don't have to wait long.
I hope you can consider my case and give me a reasonable solution at your earliest
convenience.
