Dear Ankit,
Following our recent discussions, we are delighted to offer you the position of Product
Designer with Clientell Technologies Private Limited (“Company”). Joining from March
26th, 2024. The starting annual salary for this position is INR 58,333.33 to be paid on a
monthly basis by direct deposit starting on April 1st, 2024.

Our Organization is an Artificial Intelligence startup disrupting the RevOps space. Once
you join Our Organization, you will become part of a fast-paced and dedicated team that
works together to provide our clients with the highest possible level of service and advice.

As a member of Our Organization team, we would ask for your commitment to deliver
outstanding quality and results that exceed expectations. In addition, we expect your
personal accountability in all the products, actions, advice, and results that you provide as a
representative of Our Organization.

You agree that you will hold in confidence, and not disclose to anyone outside of

existing or prospective clients.
