To Dr. Infante and Dr. Aujero,

Greetings!

I am Jan Mark T. Chan, a resident of Don Salvador 2, Barangay Tinampa-an, Cadiz City, Negros
Occidental. I am a graduate of Bachelor in Mathematics and Science Elementary Education as Magna Cum
Laude at Philippine Normal University Visayas, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental and I also recently got my
teaching license last January 26, 2024 with a board rating of 89.4% in the LET.
I am writing this to express my interest in applying as a Mathematics or Science teacher in La
Consolacion College Bacolod. I was able to participate with various school organizations, seminars, and
research conference that contribute to my knowledge, skills, and positive attitude towards diverse
individuals. In my bachelor’s degree, I was taught to be flexible and be an effective contributor wherever I
am.

As a teacher, my main goal is to promote learning and to ensure that my students will learn at the end
of the day. I believe that my greatest teaching strengths are my abilities to understand and relate to
student’s unique needs and learning styles. I will be a facilitator for them to reach their full potential and be
individuals with values and character. Moreover, I can easily build positive relationships with students,
parents, and co-workers.

I am hoping that you’ll give me a chance to serve in your reputed school. Thank you and God bless.

Respectfully yours,

Jan Mark T. Chan
