INTRODUCTION
Dear all cherished CHY MALL members and leaders in the world,
THE CHY MALL MANAGEMENT once again sincerely congratulates you all for the co-operation.
Thankfully migration is successful and all good to go using the CHY MALL interface.
Things are getting better and improving constantly in the CHY MALL.
At CHY Mall we strive to serve our leaders and members well to reflect how valued we consider them. We
would like to think we have shown that to you over the past year or so. It is to this effect that we have
dedicated seven (7) numbers for customer related issues, complaints and general enquiries. We have done
this so we can serve you better and better streamline and handle customer issues as they come through.
Please find below the numbers and the specific issues they will be handling:
Important note:
Please do not bring repeated issues and look for more than one Customer Care at any given time! Please
treat all the Customer Care as human beings whom too need care and love. The CHY MALL MANAGEMENT
does not tolerate any members or leaders with unruly behaviours and will not hesitate to take necessary
actions against them.

1. Flu, fever, cough, breathing difficulties, and in more severe cases, it can lead to pneumonia, multiple organ failure and
even death.
2. Most infected people show symptoms within five to six days. The amount of time between infection and the onset of
symptoms - range from one to 14 days.
My advice to all SAIRUI members and leaders to contain the coronavirus outbreak in Africa Continent:
1. Restrict from seminars or events of more than five people, for at least 4 to 6 weeks from now. This can be hard but
please follow the advice.
3. Wear face masks if you develop any sickness. Most healthy people do not need masks, and hoarding them may
contribute to shortages for health workers who do need them, some experts say.
5. Have online classroom with new prospects and sign them up online. Remember to educate them well with accurate
SAIRUI information and knowledge. We are using Telegram Apps for online classroom since the lockdown begins on 31
March 2020.
6. Avoid the crowds and avoid touching your faces when you are in the outdoors.

7. Remember the use of face masks: they should be worn in combination with social distancing, hand washing and
cleaning surfaces.
