Good day!

I came across your job posting on Facebook that your company is in need of a call center agent. I am
very interested in this position. I understand that in this role, I will be going to handle different customer
calls like inquiries, support issues and even complaints. I may not have a direct experience as a Call
Service Representative but my education and my experience honed my communication and social skills
which I strongly believe will add asset to your company.

With that said, I felt privileged to present to you myself. I am Jessa Mae Lanes. I am a graduate of
bachelor of elementary education at Saint Francis Xavier College. I passed the Licensure Examination for
Teachers last December 16,2022. I have gained one year of teaching experience in Sta. Ana Elementary
School situated in San Francisco Agusan del Sur.

Apart from being a teacher, I am also a business owner. I have my own retail store that sells different
kinds of products like beverages, school supplies etc. In this, I engaged myself in interacting with
different people and meeting customer needs. I can say that having a business can never be easy. It
requires determination, time management and patience which I learned throughout my career as an
entrepreneur and as a teacher.
