The Practice-based Family Medicine Program of the Department of Family and Community
Medicine (DFCM) of the Zamboanga City Medical Center (ZCMC) would like to respectfully
invite your Doctor to the Barrios (DTTB)/ Municipal/City Health Officers (MHO) and resident
physician, to the Accreditation Process of the Practice-Based Program on November 23 &
24, 2022 at Garden Orchid Hotel and covered by Department of Health Order (Department
Order 2020-0647).

The opportunity for a well-rounded training of your Practice-based physicians sets a goal for
them to become Family Medicine Specialist who are patient-centered, family-focused,
community-oriented physicians for better quality health services delivery in your respective
communities in accordance with the movement towards Universal Health Care (UHC) initiated
by the Department of Health.

We, thank you for your leadership and support, and may the accreditation process be fruitful
to your physician who follows the DOH motto: “Kalusugan Pangkahalatan” and PAFP’s
direction towards a “Filipino Family Physician for every Filipino Family.”

Hotel accommodation and Transportation shall be charged against sending agency funds
subject to usual accounting and auditing rules, procedures and regulations.
