SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

In general, this survey research was designed to find out the perception of teachers

and students on grammar test. The result of the study will be great to the following:

Department of Education (DepED) : The result of the study can be an eye-opener to the School

administrator in coming up with a strategic plan in prouding quality education admist the

pandemic situation.

Teachers : The teacher from different schools and universities can benefit from the study .The

result of the study can help them device learning materials that can best fit their students . It can

also help them understand the importance of learning grammar, regardless of their limitations

for them to reach out with thier students and become more engaged with their students.

Parents : Parents can learn from this study by realizing their parental duties and responsibilies to

their children in guiding them through the learning process in this new normal situation. It will

help them realize the importance of spending quality time with their children.

Students: The result will provide the students with knowledge on readiness in grammar in a post

pandemic English teaching, learning experience , this study will help them to learn and discover

how to use grammar in their learning process . They will also learn at their own pace and

comfort.

Definition of Terms
To comprehend the study better, the following terms are defined conceptually and

operationally defined.

Entrants. A person or group that entries, joins, or takes part in something.

Readiness. The state of being fully prepared for something.

Validation. The action or making declaring something legally or officially acceptable.

Development. A specified state of growth or advancement.

Grammar. Rules of a language governing the sounds, words, sentences, and other elements as

well as their combination and interpretation.

Skills. The ability to do something well.

Competencies. The knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors that contribute to individual and

organizational performance.

Ched. Commission on Highet Education (CHED) to improve student success by promoting

equity of access.

METHODOLOGY

Research Design
The researcher will use qualitative research method. This method aims to
construct statistical model based on the collected data to derive to a
reliable analysis of the study. It is used to gather in-depth insights into a
problem or generate the new ideas for the research. The study look into the
impact of grammar test on students learning of Southern Luzon Technological
College Foundation Pioduran Incorporated.
