[Greetings or Introduction]
Luzyl: Five months ago, The Real T Podcast bid their
goodbye with their 6th episode: Reminiscing the
Past. We missed you, and we hope you missed us as
well. Today, The Josephites makes a comeback with
new interesting, inspiring, and relatable stories each
episode, with its new season: Life On-Line! Good
day, Josephites! I am Luzyl Capati,
Francis: I’m Francis Bacalongco, and we are your
hosts for today's episode.
[small talk between the hosts / kumustahan]
Francis: We all know that September is National
Teacher's Month. Teachers are, indeed, one of the
most influential people in our lives, in our youth.
They play a major role in honing our talents and
skills, so that we become the best versions of
ourselves. As students, we see teachers as people
we look up to, as our role model, and sometimes as
friends. However, there are times that we get
scared by their presence, that we sometimes get
stiff when they're around. At the same time, there
are teachers that give us a really light feeling when
we see them, and talk to them.
Luzyl: These two kinds of teachers, despite the
contrast, are both aiming for the same goal; and
that is to enhance our skills and help us become
competent adults when we grow up. Welcome to
Life On-Line’s first episode: Realm of Personalities.
Luzyl: Welcoming our guests: He graduated
Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Biological
Science in National Teachers College in 2015. He
also finished one semester of M-A-T Science. Now
he’s SJCNI’s High School Science Coordinator and
Sports Coordinator, teaching Earth Science in Grade
11 and General Biology in Grade 12. Let us
welcome, Sir Kelvin Lloyd Alagao!
Francis: Our second guest here graduated Bachelor
of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics in
Ateneo de Naga University in 1996. She also has a
post-graduate degree in Master of Arts in
Education, Major in Administration and Supervision.
Now she’s the High School Math Coordinator in
SJCNI, teaching Grade 11 Business Math, Pre-
calculus, and Basic Calculus, and Business Ethics and
Applied Economics in Grade 12. She is also awarded
as the SJCNI High School Department Most
Outstanding Teacher in 2016! Let us welcome
Ma’am Analiza Villamor!
Luzyl: Thank you so much for joining us here today,
and Happy Teacher’s Month! Now, we formally
introduced you to the Josephites, but we want to
hear you introduce yourselves and tell something
interesting about you. Let’s start with Ma’am
Villamor… What about you, Sir Alagao?
1.We’re curious po, how did you become a
teacher in SJCNI? (Sir Alagao, Ma’am Villamor)
2. What school did you start your teaching
career? (Ma’am Villamor, Sir Alagao)
Francis: That’s interesting! Actually, we heard a lot
about you po, from students. They say, Sir Alagao
has this intimidating aura that you just know that he
knows what he’s talking about. Meanwhile,
students say that Ma’am Villamor is a very kind
teacher.
Luzyl: But wait a minute, before we continue this
interview, why don’t we play an ice-breaker? Don’t
worry because this is such an easy and simple
game! Are you ready?
TANONG MO, PICTURE NITO (note: pakisabi rin po
sa mechanics na si Ma’am Villamor po unang
magsasabi ng answer, then next si Sir Alagao)
Francis: This game is entitled “tanong mo, picture
nito”. For this game, the mechanics are kailangan
po ninyong magbato or magbigay ng question sa
picture na aming ifa-flash sa screen. And make sure
na ang inyong question ay dapat hindi pa ninyo
naitatanong sa personal or online at bakit itong
tanong ang inyong napili? Ask the wittiest question
that you can give! Are you ready? Okay, for the first
picture!

Luzyl: That was interesting! We couldn’t imagine
that those were the questions that you would ask.
Now, as teachers, for sure you had epic experiences
inside the campus. SIR ALAGAO MAY SOMETHING
PO KAMI RITO RELATED PO SA’YO! HEHEHE
3. How do you feel about students getting scared
by your presence? / (video Sir Alagao) How do
you feel about students seeing you as a very kind
teacher?
4. What do you think is the difference between
you inside the classroom, and you outside the
school premises? (Ma’am Villamor, Sir Alagao)
5. What’s your worst experience as a teacher? (Sir
Alagao, Ma’am Villamor)
6. What is the best gift a student, or a class, has
ever given you? (Ma’am Villamor, Sir Alagao)
