the K11 Academy of Fitness Sciences has
dedicated itself to the cause of building stellar
careers for individuals who aspire to have a

in the space of vocational education, K11 gives
its students premium vocational training through
fitness certification courses in personal training
& sports nutrition.

THE APPROACH
What were their Challenges?
K-11 was primarily using a software called Fitnessforce
software, a tool used for gym management. Being the
market leader in the industry, they were receiving high
number of enquiries using a number of sources. But it was
becoming difficult to manage such high velocity of
responses from every source.

online marketing platforms and with IVR systems.
