Applicants are required to note the following information in this regard:

Date of Interview: Interview will be held on 15th June 2023 form 12 PM onwards at in the
Department of Law, New Building, School of Law, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (A
Central University), Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
Mode: Blended mode; Prior approval from Head of the Department is required in case of
presentation through online mode. If an applicant wants to give his/her presentation in online
mode, he/she need to send a request in advance on or before 14.06.2023 for the same in the
email id: ggvdepartmentoflaw@gmail.com. The department will not be responsible if there
would arise network problem at the end of the applicant
Presentation Requirement: A PowerPoint presentation with not less than 8 slides covering
proposed title for research, review of literature, research objectives, hypothesis, research
Methodology, expected findings and conclusions, societal benefit of proposed research etc.
Presentation will be of maximum 15 minutes’ duration (10 minutes for presentation and 5
minutes for interaction).
Submission of Presentation: PPT and its PDF file needs to be submitted to the Department
before 13th June 2023 by sending the files through email at ggvdepartmentoflaw@gmail.com
All the candidates are required to attend the interview/presentation with the original
documents and its photocopies (as applicable):
i. 10th Mark sheet
ii. 12th Mark sheet
iii. UG Mark sheets

iv. PG Mark sheets

v. SLET/NET Score Card, and JRF Award Letter (if any)

4. Merely receiving an email for a presentation/ Interview does not guarantee final admission
into Ph.D. programme, and admission is subject to the verification of the candidates’
candidature with relevant documents, among other things.
