Complaint Management System Project

PROBLEM ABSTRACT
Existing System:
In the existing system the citizens must go to the government
office for any kind of help. For complaining about a problem there is
a system called Prajavani in which the users can post their problems
but cannot get the details of the problems and some other services.
This system doesn’t have much popularity and is not user friendly as
it doesn’t have registration so that fake complaints can also be made.
Besides fonts and some softwares have to be installed in the pc for
using that system.
Solutions for the problems in Existing System:
For solving the problems in above system and providing
better facilities District Level Progressing System is proposed with the
following features.
1. Secure registration is provided for the citizens.
2. Citizen can get more information of his place.
3. Citizen can post the problem easily and can suggest a possible
solution also
4. Fake complaints can be avoided as the dlps operator will
forward them to the officers only after verifying them.
5. Officers can directly interact with the people by solving their
problems in online

User can login to the system by selecting the appropriate user type.
If the user selects a problem or sees the problem he has posted it will appear as follows.
The users can post the problems they are facing to the officers by clicking post a problem
problems page.
The dlps operator will receive the problems posted by the users in this way.
➢ verify that user can login to the system.
➢ Verify that user can view his place details correctly
➢ verify that user is able to post his problems and upload images
and videos related to problems correctly.
➢ verify that dlps operator is able to acknowledge the user who
posted the problems
➢ verify that government officers and collector can reply to the
users who posted problems and take necessary steps for solving
the problem in online.
➢ verify that user is able to utilize all the services provided by the
system.
