BSBTEC302 Project Guide

TUTOR ASSIST: Project B: Part 2

In this task, the goal is to analyse the data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions about the
performance of each state in relation to the marketing campaign.

1. Look at the "Units Sold" columns for each state and compare the values before and during the campaign.
Identify any significant differences or changes in sales volume.
2. Consider the "Average Units Sold" columns for each state. Compare the averages before and during the
campaign to understand the overall performance and impact of the campaign on sales.
3. Identify the states with the highest and lowest number of units sold both before and during the campaign.
Note any patterns or trends in their sales performance.
4. Examine the "Difference" and "Percentage Increase/Decrease" columns. Focus on states that experienced
significant changes in units sold during the campaign. Note the scale of the differences and the relative
impact on sales.
5. When drawing conclusions about each state, refer to specific data points from the spreadsheet. Use the
actual numbers, differences, and percentage changes to provide evidence for your conclusions.
6. Be concise and clearly state your findings when documenting your conclusions. Focus on the key
observations and trends, avoiding unnecessary details or repetitive information.
