Note
1. Presently, levy of EDC/IDC/IAC is governed by the guidelines of relevant authorities. In case of any revision at a later date by the authorities, the same
shall have to be paid by the Applicant(s)
2. Interest Free Maintenance Security(IFMS would be ` 50/- sq.ft.)
3. Stamp Duty / Registration Charges shall be payable along with the last installment based on the prevailing rates
4. PLC applicable: park facing: ` 50/sq.ft, Floor: ` 150/sq.ft (Ground to 2nd Floor) ` 100 (3rd to 5th Floor) ` 75 (6th to 10th Floor)
5. Sales Price = (Basic Sale Price +PLC)
6. Prices Subject to revision at the sole discretion of the company
7. Power back up /EEC/FFC/Electrical & Water / Securities will be charged at the time of possession
