With the intent of keeping the P68 and AP68TP fleet of aircraft airborne, Vulcanair has made the
attached form available for its customers to enable them to keep Vulcanair informed of any
malfunction/breakage or other unserviceability that occurs on the aircraft and eventual remedial
action taken by them.
Compliance with this request is in the interest of both, the operators and Vulcanair. The attached
form, duly filled in, may be sent to Vulcanair by mail, fax or e-mail whichever most suits your
convenience.
