AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at Karachi on --------------2017 by and between

SHAMEEM ENTERPRISES, having its offices at Plot # B-89, Area Shadman Town Malir,
Karachi 75080 Pakistan, hereinafter is referred as SE which expression wherever the context so
permits shall mean` and include his heirs, executors and assigns

And

NATIONAL INSTITUTIONAL FACILLITATION TECHNOLOGIES (PVT.) LTD. (NIFT)

Located at 5, AWT Plaza, I.I.CHUNDRIGAR Road, Karachi 74200 Pakistan, hereinafter referred as
Client which expression wherever the context so permits shall mean and include his heirs,
executors and assigns

Whereas

1. The Client wishes to engage S.E to provide printing services at Client’s office at Sector I-
8/2, Plot # 1-E, Bazar 110, 4-A, Class-III Shopping, Islamabad

2. S.E has the necessary expertise, experience, infrastructure and manpower to undertake and
perform such services

3. Based on the above, both parties have agreed to the following

4. This agreement shall remain valid for one year after signing date, subject to clause 12
below

5. S.E will install RA-8100 x ??? and SP8200DN X ??? Printers at Client’s office

6. S.E shall maintain the Printers in good working condition and provide all consumables and
spares excluding Paper

7. In case of break down exceeding 04 working hours, S.E shall provide backup Printer (s)

8. S.E shall arrange the services 24 x 7 under this agreement through Islamabad branch

 9. The contract rates for the services are:

Laser Printing Rates/Charges

 Rs.0.80 Simplex impression excluding Paper

 Rs. 1.15 duplex impression excluding Paper

10. S.E will raise the invoice based on Printer (s) counters at month end. The invoices shall be
paid by The Client within 15 days from the date on invoice

11. Client shall arrange suitable surge free and constant electric supply and power points etc.
for smooth functioning of Printers.

12. Client shall provide suitable space for Printers, Consumables, spares, Documentation and
other job related Equipment/Tools

13. Client shall allow excess to one of their terminal so as to enable S.E representative to be in
contact with S.E Karachi for updating S.E Head office on the daily activities

14. S.E shall maintain the confidentiality for all records given for printing

15. Both parties agrees to indemnify each other against any and all losses, damage cost,
charges and other expenses

16. The Agreement be governed by the laws of Pakistan
