Sub: To enquire the matter on Survey No. 504 - Court Cases are
pending before Endowment Tribunal and District Courts. -Reg.

Respected Sir !

I, Rajput Rajeswar Singh S/o Kanhaiah lal Singh. Age: 54, Occ: Journalist,
R/o Flat No. 102, Ohm paradise, Srinagar Colony 1st Lane, Rotary Nagar,
Khammam Town and District, humbly Submitted that Our ancestors acquired
several movable and immovable properties in their life time. The Agriculture
land an extent of Acre 9.12 Gts, in and out survey No. 504, Said land is
compact bit of 504/A, 504/A1, Situated Near Sri Sri Circle, Velugumatla
Revenue village, Khammam Urban Mandal, Khammam Dist. In same land an
extent of Acre 3.10 Gts Donated to our own trust to perform Poojas to lard
Bhakthanjaneya Swami temple with rented amounts. which is located in
Tekulapalli Village. The land should be maintained under the control of our
family members and all transactions and activities are maintained by our trust
members only. The said land is now dry land and not suitable for cultivation.
There no income generated through this land. Due to the cause of development
some people constructing houses around this land. As such the trust members
decided to Sale the property and fixed deposited the amounts to perform
regular Poojas and for Salaries to servants and priests. As such we the Trust
members tried to sell away the property to fix the amount in the name of lard
Bhakthanjaneya permanently. But some of village people and real estate
business men objected our proposal and made our efforts difficult. We file a
Writ Petition in Hon'ble High Court, Bearing W.P No. 23179/2008 , That the
Hon'ble High court directed us to approach Endowment Tribunal to get relief.
The case is Still Pending Before Hon'ble Endowment Tribunal. O.A No.
80/2013.

I Submitted that the Some real estate business men forcibly entered into
afore said land try to construct temple illegally. We approached Hon'ble court
to restrain the fake devotees. Hon'ble court issued Temporary Injunction Order
In I.A No. 2 of 2023 in O.S. No. 595/2023. And the suit is still pending before
Hon'ble I Addl. Junior civil judge court.

I further Submitted that, As per Gift deed to our own Bhakthanjaneya

trust the Endowment department have no rights or interest over afore said
gifted property. that the adjacent land owner Anamchinni Venkata Ramana
also filed a civil suit in IV Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Hon'ble court. Hon'ble
court issued Temporary Injunction Order in I.A No. 3 of 2022. In O.S No.1688
of 2022. The case is still pending before Hon'ble court.

I submitted that the Villagers and real estate business men by name
Vakadani Ramanarayana, Podila Paparao and their henchmen kept hectic
efforts to grab the property illegally in the name of lord Bhakthanjaneya swami.
Assistant commissioner of Endowment also playing foul game in this issue.
Journalists and Trust members asked for proper authenticated information
through RTI act 2005. IPO of Endowment office ignored all RTI applications
and gave reply in neglected manner. Endowment officers colluded with private
persons and dancing on the tunes of real estate business men.

I came to know that above said persons approached your good office and
prayed to issue pattadar pass book in the name of Trust or Endowment. The
same was published in Telugu daily news paper. Hence I request you sir please
pursue all records and civil suits before taking further action in this regard. I
file this application to stop the proceedings until dispose the above said Civil
suits and Appeal Suits, which are pending Before Hon'ble District courts and
Hon'ble Endowment Tribunal.
