Holidays, with sessions by Amafah’s Asanas and meals curated by
Natasha Qizilbash.
A sound bath is a meditative experience, where participants are
bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments; such as
singing bowls, gongs, and other similar instruments. During a
sound bath, the participants lie down or sit comfortably and let
the sound waves wash over them.

The instruments used in a sound bath, produce sound frequencies
that are believed to have a healing effect on the body and mind.
The vibrations from the instruments can help to release tension,
reduce stress, and induce a state of deep relaxation.

Your Instructor: Amafah Mubashir

Amafah is a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki practitioner and a Sound
Healer based in Karachi, Pakistan. She has been working in the wellness
industry for almost a decade and has been leading retreats and yoga
trainings since 2017.

Nutrition and Nourishment: Natasha Qizilbash
Celebrity chef Natasha Qizilbash (Instagram handle if.natcancook) will be
curating the entire menu. She will serve a variety of cuisines & specialty
dishes using top quality ingredients & organic vegetables/fruits.

Terms and Conditions:
Pay 50% to book your spot.
Cancellations before 10th Feb, 2024 will be entitled to an 80% refund. Any
cancellations after that date will not be entitled to a refund.
Guests are requested to inform us in advance of any allergies to particular
products.
Hindukush Holidays reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the
participant’s own expense, anyone whose conduct negatively impacts the
enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour.
Each guest will assume sole responsibility for any inherent risks associated
with such travel to a remote location, & further agree to indemnify and hold
Hindukush Holidays harmless with respect to any unforeseen incident.

Hindukush Holidays reserves the right to modify program itineraries, at any

time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond Hindukush
Holidays’ control.

Any payments made to Hindukush Holidays constitute your acceptance of

the terms & conditions set out herein.

This trip will only go ahead if we have a minimum or 12 participants

otherwise all payments will be returned in full.
