A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE CONDUCT OF UNITED NATIONS DAY

CELEBRATION 2023 AS INITIATED BY THE ARALING PANLIPUNAN
DEPARTMENT OF THIS INSTITUTION ON OCTOBER 27, 2023

WHEREAS, On September 8, 2023, Ubay NHS Homeroom PTA approved the conduct
of United Nations Day Celebration 2023 initiated by the Araling Panlipunan Department of this
institution on October 27, 2023.

WHEREAS, the 50% generated funds from the activity will be spent for the completion
of the proposed Ubay National High School stage, the 30% generated funds from the activity
will be spent for purchasing additional light and sounds equipment, improvement and
maintenance. The 20% generated funds from the activity will be spent for the expenses to be
incurred during the conduct of the coronation.

WHEREAS, the conduct of the United Nations Day Celebration 2023 is beneficial and
will have significant contributions in the physical development of the school and will encouraged
students’ participation.

WHEREAS, the school is one of the centers for Academic Excellence in the Division of
Zamboanga del Norte and is frequently visited by DepEd Officials whereby programs and
gatherings are usually held.

WHEREAS, with legal diligence a Parent Consent/Waiver will be provided for every
learner this institution has.

WHEREAS, the office of the Municipal Welfare and Social Development will be
consulted with regards to the conduct of the United Nations Day Celebration as it involves
minors and monetary.
 WHEREAS, Ubay NHS General PTA approved the conduct of United Nations Day
Celebration 2023 initiated by the Araling Panlipunan Department of this institution on
September 22, 2023.

WHEREFORE, on motion of Mrs. Jazel B. Galisa and duly seconded by Mr. Teofilo D.
Digamon it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to earnestly approve the conduct of

United Nations Day Celebration 2023 initiated by the Araling Panlipunan Department of this
institution on October 27, 2023.
