1. The student must meet the passing score or higher in all major exams including short quizzes and long tests.
2. The student must be prepared and actively participate in all class activities i.e. group works, seat works and other related
activities.
3. Attendance in classes must be observed accordingly. Students are expected to arrive on time wearing their prescribed uniform.

A. Lateness & Attendance Policy:

Students who arrived five minutes after the indicated time will be marked late. Two periods late is equivalent to one period
absent. Students who are more than 15 minutes late for lecture or lab will be marked as absent for that day. Students with unexcused
absences for more than 4 classes may be withdrawn/dropped from the course by the instructor.

Test must be taken when scheduled. In the event that a test cannot be taken on time, the student should consult the subject
teacher to determine if a make-up test is possible.
