Write a REPORT on a Construction Case Law:

1.0 CRITERIA FOR CASE LAW

1. Must be ONE (1) Malaysian construction case law
2. The case must be either on the construction disputes on the formation
of a contract, the validity of the contract, terms of the contract,
discharge of contract, or remedies for breach of contract
3. All groups must have different case laws

2.0 WRITTEN REPORT should include as follows:

1. Name of case law – i.e., Plaintiff v Defendant
2. Identification of case e.g., MLJ 1 2006, CLJ…
3. Facts of the case
4. Decision by the court i.e., Held: ….
5. Conclusion and Lessons Learnt in accordance with Construction Law
6. References: Related Clauses in PWD or PAM or Contract Act 1950
