Does the Recommend Act (Mandūb) Fall under the Command (Amr)?

I. Introduction
Thesis statement:

There is a disagreement among scholars about the recommend act (mandūb) whether it is
fall under the command (amr) or not.

II. Body
A. Some scholars believe that the recommend act (mandūb) falls under the command
(amr).
B. Other scholars believe that the recommend act (mandūb) does not fall under the
command (amr).
C. The impact of this debate appears when the narrator says, "He commanded us" or "The
Messenger of Allah (SAW) commanded us to do".

III. Conclusion
Scholars debate as to whether the recommend act (mandūb) is fall under the command
(amr) or not.
