Post-heater enhances the quick-dry of ink to help winding media by

SS21 ink
It is less bleeding and possible to print with
high color density and also by high quality
even by high speed mode.
It is composed of the same component
which allows to use the same media that is
printed by SS2 ink.
It is cyclohexanone-free and a very harmless
ink.

High quality print by Variable Dot

Variable dot（ （VD)
With maximum pringing mode of 1440 dpi and thanks to
printing in different 3 dot sizes of large, medium and
small dots, JV33 allows us to print with high quality
various images from highlight to shadow even in 4 color
mode.

Automatic print operation (1)

JV33 equipped UISS function, successfully-used
by JV5 series as well.
Automatic change of double ink cartridges provides consistent print and
avoids running-out of ink. When one of the two ink cartridges is
terminated, thanks to valve function, the ink supply will be switched to the
another cartridge automatically.
Equipment of 880 cc of ink per color enabled to print one whole roll media
of 50 meter length without ink change.*
* This is possible by 4 color mode but not by 6 color mode.

Automatic print operation (2)

Automatic take-up device

Automatic take-up device based tension system enables
a stable consecutive print without any broad space
preparation.
Easy in handling of media attachment, it is only to set a core of media
to the device and fix the media and the core by an adhesive tape.

Media plate
Thanks to a media plate, it prevents media from uplifting and
jamming. It realized a stable print without failure.

- Front positioning of ink cartridges set enabled an easy
operation of ink change.
- As the running-out of ink is indicated by lamp, ink
change is operated easily. And it is also possible to
change a cartridge while printing. *

Easy maintenance
Thanks to a new cleaning system, the maintenance time
is shorten and the amount of waste ink is also reduced.
The cleaning liquid for maintenance locating at the
dorsal side is supplied automatically to the capping

Two ink types tailored to use application

Solvent ink

Excellent on drying property and less bleeding.
Even for high speed print, it is appropriated to
print on backlit, tarpaulin, flexible face etc, like
the media which requires high ink density.
･ES3 ink
Less- odor and available to utilize in the office
environment.
Very little waste ink and small ink cost.

no mackle of color and white is occurred. This

It is a versatile ink with two types of aqueous ink.
Aqueous pigment ink and Sublimation ink

The operation of JV33 Series is quite similar with our

solvent ink models. Therefore the operator’s workload
would be very small and very few errors in operation.

When the machine is installed, either aqueous or solvent

is selectable.
The both switch of use from/to aqueous base to/from
solvent are impossible.
