HOW TO MAKE DARK CHOCO CREPE CAKE


WITH OREO SCRUMBLE AND CHEESE SAUCE

Ingredient : Equipment :
• 4 egg • Hand Mixer
• 100 gram whipped cream • Spoon
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla Flavour • Spatula
• 50 gram dark choco powder • Bowl
• 10 tablespoon sugar • Pan
• 60 gram butter • Ladle
• ¼ tablespoon salt • Plate
• 170 gram Flour
• 300 ml milk
• Oreo

Steps :
1. Make the crepes by melting the butter and allowing it to brown slightly, and then set aside.
2. In a bowl add butter , cocoa powder, sugar and egg.
3. Mix the ingredients that have been included with a hand mixer, on low speed.
4. Gradually mix in flour and milk. Chill.
5. Mix all the ingredients at medium speed, mix until there are no lumps of flour.
6. Rest the crepe batter about 2 hours
7. Start cooking the crepes. Make sure the pan is really hot and greased lightly with melted
butter or oil.
8. Pour 1 scoop (60 ml) of crepe batter, and tip the pan to cover the entire bottom surface.
9. Cook the crepe for about 45 secon until looks perfectly cooked, then flip on a plate.
10. Cool the crepe. Repeat until all of the crepe batter is used.
11. Stack crepes on top of each other, with whipped cream between each layer. Once assembled,
trim edges for a cleaner look, if desired.
12. Make a cheese sauce with milk, cheddar cheese, butter, a pinch of salt, then melt over a pan
until just melted and pour over crepe cake.
13. Crush Oreos for topping oreo crumble, Spread over the crepe cake.
14. Enjoy
Tips on making perfect crepes
1. Mix all the ingredients well – You can whisk the batter by hand, or use an electric blender for
the smoothest and silkiest consistency of your crepe batter.
2. Use a good non-stick frying pan – This is essential for any crepe or pancake recipe. Heavy
bottomed stainless steel pan or a special crepe pan will also work really well
3. Cook the crepes on medium-low heat – Prevent the pancakes from burning and drying out by
frying them on a lower heat. Flip the crepe over as soon as it no longer sticks to the bottom of
the pan and its surface is matte.
