To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally donate a window to the Valley of Grace Vision Church. This window, which has
served me well over the years, holds sentimental value to me. However, recognizing the importance of
contributing to the growth and prosperity of our community, I am delighted to offer it to the church for
its use.

The Valley of Grace Vision Church holds a special place in my heart, and I am inspired by the positive
impact it has on the lives of its members and the community at large. It is my hope that this donation
will aid in the beautification and enhancement of the church, creating a warm and welcoming
environment for all who enter its doors.

Please find enclosed the necessary paperwork transferring ownership of the window to the Valley of
Grace Vision Church. Additionally, I am available to assist with the installation process or any other
arrangements that may be required.
