PROSPECTIVE NAME OF THE COMPANY/BUSINESS:

QUICKSERV, began out of the desire to contribute to the well being of this
country to increase employment opportunities. Originally planned to start in Metro
Manila Area but has potential to expand throughout the country and eventually
around the globe. QUICKSERV is a hybrid set-up of manpower pooling and supply
of labor which combines traditional method and technology to cater with the supply
and demand of labor services. QUICKSERV matches specific skilled workers with
client demand, an on-demand quick services tailor made for clients that needs quick
and fast delivery of service. This will save clients and businesses time and money,
while providing fast, efficient and quality service. This requires a high-level of
communication and screening process and database storage of talents and customers
on specific requirements. This means knowing the local market so QUICKSERV
can really serve each client and employee/talents, not just “sell” them our goods.
QUICKSERV is quality service.

The long-term vision is to use the power of technology / AI for job matching of
manpower supply and demand. The idea is to form a supermarket not of goods but of
SERVICES. This will cause market disruption as we envisioned QUICKSERV to be
the MOTHER of all service providers in the future and may become a multi-million
dollar business. In summary, QUICKSERV is an on-demand quick service providers
serving as one stop shop of all services across all industries that uses technology and
AI to match service demand and supply.

Managing Growth:

QUICKSERV is a sole proprietorship that will eventually convert to Corporation


as the business grows. In Year 1, the company will add a part-time office staff person
and an employment specialist. In response to this growth, QUICKSERV will have a
procedures manual for in-house staff to assure that the information is clear. In
addition, QUICKSERV will provide employees with regular training to assure they
understand the details of the work they are doing daily. As the business progress,
there will be a massive recruitment of talents which will be stored in the database.
There is a need to increase personnel that will run the marketing campaign of
recruiting talents and to attract many customers that need services. As the business
grows and the talent database populates, there will be a shift/change in strategy.
Training will be scrapped and will rely on the bidding process for each talent
(patented with UPWORK). A website will be created for this purpose. Year 2
projections will include a recruitment of IT people who will operate the database and
create a website and computer program/AI that will enhance the matching of service
supply and demand (patented with UBER/GRAB). In year 3, QUICKSERV will
examine the feasibility of catering the service in other areas nationwide and even
worldwide.
The Market:

QUICKSERV will initially cater to services that demands manual labor and
services. The first priority is to serve markets that demands quick and domestic
services. Step by step, the business will expand into clerical and professional services
across all industries. There is a huge demand of manual labor intensive services in
Metro Manila.

Services:

In the first phase, QUICKSERV will handle recruiting, including reference


checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing, and screening of all employees for
its clients. QUICKSERV acts as an extension of the client, assisting them of the
requirements and troubleshooting/problem solving as necessary to ensure quality
service and gain the trust of clients.

In the second phase, as we have expanded our client base, QUICKSERV will
only handle the recruitment and database storage of clients. The system/AI will
handle the job/service matching. Other services inherit to business will be manually
handled.

Financials:
The company’s start-up requirements is PHP 1,200,000.00 which will be
provided for by the owner’s personal investment. This will initially cover the rent of
space, purchase of office equipment, salary of employees and processing of business
permits. Operating income is expected to be collected from the 2nd month of
operation.

We expect to be able to collect a service charge a 10-20% of the contract salary.


Thus, if the talents are being payed PHP 1,000.00 for the whole contract, we are
charging PHP 100.00 to PHP 200.00. We can reduce the charges depending on the
market conditions as we focus on the volume of talents. The company does not have
any direct cost of sales; we track payments in the database for each employer for each
contract consummated.

Marketing Strategy:

QUICKSERV will use the power of social media to advertise talent recruitment
as well as service demands for customers.

Company Accounts will be created on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly


Twitter) and other popular social media platforms. Relevant marketing techniques and
tools will be applied to make sure it will reach wider and specific audience. We will
also hire small time social media influencers. .
