 E-Charity as bankcard for needy ones

The charity is the deed of open-handed cash, or other

categories of support to poor people, in another
meaning; the charity may be an association that aids
people in need. Therefore, the charity is
openhandedness and advantageousness especially
toward the needy or suffering ones, also is an aid given
to those in need (Merriam-webster, 2021)

Technology is not a source of profit only, but it has to

be a source of humanity, so the researcher tries to mate
between technology and charity to conclude the
concept of E- charity. E- Charity is a bankcard that
was granted to needy ones from the social solidarity
ministry, and it considers as cash –visa for these needy
ones, which was funded by the wealthy class of the
society.
 The definition of E- Charity concept

The E-Charity is a new concept that is produced

from the mating between charity and technology, E-
charity is a notion that explains the role of
technology in serving humanity. Thus, E- charity is
a technological cash tool that will be granted by the
social solidarity ministry and enables the needy ones
to have a permanent fund from the wealthy class in
the society.
Based on the above, E-charity is a cash- visa card
that will be funded by wealthy class in society
through banking electronic system, this banking
electronic system (BES) is designed by the banks
with the social solidarity ministry to achieve the
goals of E- charity. As a result, the E-charity card
considers as a salary for needy ones from the
wealthy ones.
 The goals of E- Charity

E-Charity aims to achieve many goals;

(1) Applying the social responsibility of the wealthy class:

every one that belongs to the wealthy class has to hold the
social responsibility towards the needy ones by supporting
them through financial funds
(2) Lightening of governmental responsibility burden towards
needy ones; the wealthy class has to participate with the
government sector in social responsibility towards the needy
ones. In other meaning, the wealthy sector, and the
government are a partner in social responsibility towards the
poor.
(3) Lifting the burden of asking for need on behalf of the
poor; the poor feel embarrassed when they ask for financial
aids, E- Charity card enables the needy ones to get financial
support without embarrassing feelings.
 E-Charity bankcard

E-Charity bankcard is cash- visa card that

will be granted to the needy ones by the
social solidarity ministry, this card contains: E-charity bankcard
(1) The serial number for the needy one
(2) The user name for the needy one
(3) The expired date
(4) The special slogan for the E-Charity
service
This card has to have a special color that
enables to distinguish it compared with
other ones.
 Automatic teller machine for E-Charity

E-Charity' Automatic teller machine is a teller

machine that is dedicated to E-Charity services. This
automatic machine is designed by the governmental
banks and differs from other machines, these teller
machines have to have:

(1) Withdrawal and deposit services

(2) The services screen, that displays the serial
numbers for the needy ones, enables wealthy ones to
know the needy' cards that need financial support
(3) This services screen enables the wealthy ones to
know the kinds of requirements for needy ones; such
as; health fees, education fees, food supplies fees,
housing fees support…..etc.

These needy ones that will be installed in the

Electronic system screen, will be determined by the
social solidarity ministry, this ministry will identify

(1) Who does deserve the E-Charity Bankcard?

(2) What are their financial support requirements?
(3) The sum of financial funds that will be deposited
monthly
 The stakeholders of E- Charity system

The social solidarity ministry is a vital stakeholder in this system, it will be

determined;

(1) Who are needy ones?

The social solidarity
(2) What are their financial support requirements monthly?

The national banks will:

(1) Make and install Automatic teller machine for E-Charity

The national banks (2) Design the Electronic system screen of E-Charity by coordination with the
social solidarity ministry

(3) Follow and track the deposits and withdrawals of needy ones

(4) Determine the maximum and minimum of deposits for every needy one

The wealthy ones will:

The wealthy ones (1) Go to the Automatic teller machine for E-Charity to know who the needy one
need financial support

(2) Insert his visa card in Automatic teller machine for E-Charity to deposit the
money to a specific needy one.

Step (1)
Maria will fill an application that displays her social
status
The social solidarity ministry will examine the
application of Maria family to ensure her social
status, and determine her essential requirements.

After the previous investigation about Maria family,

the social solidarity ministry issues the E-Charity
bankcard to Maria family with the serial number:
756745634121

Maria's family received her E- charity bankcard and Maria family as an

waits for the message on her Mobile phone to inform example for the
her about the sum of deposits that will be brought
from the wealthy ones.

Step (2)
The social solidarity ministry will inform the national
bank a serial number of Maria family to install it in
Electronic system screen of E-Charity that will be
shown in the Automatic teller machine for E-Charity.

The national bank will insert a serial number of Maria

family in Electronic system screen and will send a
message to Maria phone to tell her the activation E- Social solidarity

The national banks will make monthly bank statements

about the Maria family's account and send it to the
social solidarity ministry that enables this ministry to
track and follow the deposits, and withdrawals of the
Maria family account.

Step (3)

The wealthy ones will direct to the Automatic teller

machine for E-Charity to display the Electronic system
screen of E-Charity that lists all needy ones through
serial numbers, these wealthy ones click on the screen
and open it to know the essential financial support for
needy ones.

Steph and his friends find the serial numbers of Maria

family and they know; she needs to the essential
financial support for her kids in education, and health
matters equal 1500 $

Step (4)

After the deposit process from Steph and his friends,

the national bank will inform the social solidarity
ministry to receive the confirmation for sending a
phone message to Maria family to inform her new
deposit that is inserted by Steph and his friends.

Maria family received the bank message, and go to the

Automatic teller machine for E-Charity to withdraw
the amount from the E-Charity bank account.

The national bank will send to the social solidarity

ministry a bank statement for Maria's family monthly
to enable this ministry to track Maria's E-Charity
bank account.
