I am sending my application for the position of SPA MASSAGE THEREFORE
This work meets my current goals, both on a personal and professional level.
I consider myself multipotential, and throughout my life, I have been able to acquire skills and abilities in
different areas, which are requested here.
I am qualified as a Massage Therapist and Physiotherapy Assistant, having a lot of training, experience
and special skills in this matter, so I am convinced that it can be a differentiating factor in my candidacy
due to all the contribution I can make.
My experience relates, in particular, to Hotels/football clubs/homes and SPA centers, which I practiced
for a few years, in terms of recovery and well-being massage. as well as, in the service at Santa Casa da
Póvoa de Varzim, where I had the opportunity to work, among other places, as a masseur.
From all these experiences, I have good references for the service provided.
In all other functions requested by you, to perform the SPA MASSAGE function, I reinforce my experience
in taking care of cleaning the space, Talking to the client if they have any pathology or problem that may
prevent them from having a massage, as well as (cancer, allergies, heart problems), during the massage,
check if the client feels good with the touch (lighter or deeper pressure on the muscle), report to the
client if there is any problem, particularly the spine. Note: I had many clients with back problems and
didn't even know they had them (Scoliosis, lordosis). Control products and cleaning as well as oils and
replenish stock. I did all the maintenance of the SPA (Swimming pool; Turkish bath; sauna; jacuzzi; mainly
in terms of towels; fruit and water and making sure the customers weren't missing anything). Since, in
addition to being functions for which I have natural ability and enjoyment, I have experience in each of
them, whether domestic or professional.
At the beginning of my professional life, I worked in the textile sector, even having certification at that
level, having acquired skills in terms of care, from washing, to ironing and folding. Also in terms of food, I
had the opportunity to work in restaurants as a server and support in the kitchen. Still in terms of
cleaning, I also have professional experience, having had the opportunity to be part of the cleaning team
at a Hotel, while waiting for an opportunity as a Masseur, which I worked on, according to my CV.

I am most pleased to mention that I have good physical capacity and strength, and I have always enjoyed
excellent health.
