Terms and Conditions

1. Entry must be the original work of the contestant, may not have been previously published, must
not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual
property or other rights of any person, and must not violate any law.

2. Yobo (Sponsor) reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute
discretion.

3. Winner(s) will be determined after the Contest’s end date and will be notified as described or to be
determined. Winner(s) will be required to provide a mailing or emailing address which will be used
to fulfill the prize. At the discretion of the Sponsor, Winner may be disqualified for any of legal,
technical or ethical reasons.

4. Winning constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name, images,
hometown, likeness, prize won, and photograph (all at Sponsor’s discretion) for future advertising,
publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without
additional compensation, notification or permission. Contest Parties and their respective officers,
directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible
for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, incomplete or delayed Entries;
all of which will be void.

5. By submitting an Entry, Contestant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many
submissions under this Contest and that such entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea,
format or other respects to others submitted under this Contest and/or other contests staged and/or
sponsored by the Sponsor, and waive any and all claims contestant may have had, may have, and/or
may have in the future, that any composition, design, video and/or other works accepted, reviewed
and/or used by the Sponsor (or its respective designees) may be similar to his/her Entry. Contestant
acknowledges and agrees that the Sponsor does not have now, nor shall any of them have in the
future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, concerning the
infringement or protection of any copyright in and to contestant’s Entry.

 6. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. Sponsor
reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these
Official Rules. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where
prohibited by law.

7. By entering this Contest, contestants agree to the Sponsor’s use of their personal information for
both online and offline direct marketing purposes.

8. Submission of a Contest Entry constitutes agreement with the rules, terms, and agreements set forth
above. Failure to comply with such rules and terms may result in the disqualification of entrant(s)
and any related Contest Entry and, in such event, any prizes or awards granted must be returned to
the ACS committee. The ACS contest shall be subject to all federal, state, and local laws and
regulations and is void where prohibited.

9. Each winner is solely responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes and duties related to the
prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize such as shipping and handling.

10. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the
prize.

By participating in this contest, both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
