AN ORDER PROVIDING SUPPORT TO COMPONENT BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG

ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC)

WHEREAS, the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) had been

established as part of a comprehensive campaign against the spread and use of
illegal substances in the municipality, especially at the barangay level;

WHEREAS, financial support should be allocated in order for the BADAC

to be efficient, effective, and sustainable, particularly in the discharge of duties
and obligations;

NOW THEREFORE, I, ALICE L. GUO, Municipal Mayor of Bamban,

Tarlac, by the virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby order the
provision of financial assistance to component BADAC in the amount of TWO
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php200,000.00) and FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (Php500,000.00) for the different Projects, Programs,
Activities and Services relating to Barangay Drug Clearing Operations for the
year 2023.

This order shall take effect upon its approval.
