SUBJECT: MINUTES OF THE MEETING, REGARDING PLANT FOR PAKISTAN/TREE

PLANTATION ACTIVITIES 2024 (18-21 MARCH, 2024) IN OBSERVANCE OF

INTERNATIONAL FOREST DAY, 21ST MARCH 2024, CHAIRED BY MR. MUNEEB-UR-
REHMAN, THE WORTHY SPECIAL SECRETARY-HED.

Entailment to the meeting chaired by the worthy Senior Minister

Punjab attended by Honourable Secretary to Government of the Punjab, Higher
Education Department, a consultative and deliberative meeting was convened
under the Chairmanship of Mr. Muneeb-ur-Rehman, the worthy Special Secretary
to Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department in the Committee
Room of Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore on 16-03-2014.
The meeting started with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran. The
following were the participants of the subject meeting:

The chair briefed the participants of the important task of the Tree Plantation Drive-
2024 and the modus operandi to be followed for the successful execution of the
subject task. The following were the agenda points, discussion thereon, decisions
and responsibilities assigned for the successful completion of the Tree Plantation
Drive-2024 (18-21 of March, 2024)

the Chief Conservation Officers for
the availability of the plants to all
the DDCs/Principals who shall plant
the same on the identified
locations as per the list to be sent
along with the request.

competitions and the same will be
uploaded on the dashboard of PITB
and the best rated student through
the Dashboard of PITB shall be
awarded prizes with reference to
art work, essay competitions and
photography activities.
10. Maintenance of It was informed to all by the worthy Principals
