intention to purchase the following commodity as per the specification, terms and
conditions as stated below:

Parameter Requirement of Steam Coal

Application: For power generation in thermal power plants.

Total Procurement Volume (from existing and new suppliers):

 Approximately 12,000,000 MT Annually.
 Approximately 1,000,000 MT Monthly.

Trial Order: 50,000 ~ 100,000 MT / Vessel (Depends on Bulk Vessel volume).

Packaging:Bulk.

Discharge Rate of Destination Port: Upto 25,000 Tons / Day (24 Hours).

Performance Bond: 2 ~ 5% within 3 (three working days) after LC is issued.

Payment: 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit .

Surveyor Inspection: SGS/CCIC at Loading port and at Destination port.

Please provide:
1. FOB MV price per MT (Our Target Price is ICI minus USD 3 and out USD 2 for our
Cc Partners).
2. CIF LIANYUNGANG, CHINA price per MT.
3. CIF ZHENJIANG, CHINA price per MT
4. Hidden consignee of your past recent shipment Bill of Lading and Certificate of
Analysis (ARB) of steam coal to us because we only want to deal with a company
with export experience.

demands of our company, and does not mean that our company will definitely purchase it
from the person or company receiving this LOI. This LOI is valid for a long term basis.
