2023 - now Self- employed as Project Manager, managing renovation projects

2022 - 2023 PT. Makna Alam Sejahtera (a JV company of Sino Ocean Hongkong, Ken-
cana Group, & Alas Kusuma Land), as Project Coordinator, in charge of:
▪ Managing construction of 2300 m2 Marketing Gallery on 4000 m2 site
area in Alam Sutera, focused on but not limited to Architecture, Structure,
Lighting, Interior, MEP, and Landscape.
▪ Coordinating Main Dev. design for all consultants in related disciplines.
2019 - 2020 PT. Gema Graha Sarana, Tbk (specialist in various interior fitout &
renovating projects: offices, hotels, residentials) as Project Manager :
▪ In charge of managing 2237 m2 Office Fitout in Treasury Tower, District
8 SCBD from initial phase until completion
▪ In charge of managing third phase of Netherland’s Embassy renovation
2010- 2019 PT. Budi Lim Arsitek (Commercial, Office , Residential, and Urban projects]
2014-now as Project Architects, in charge of managing project: coordinating with
client, contractor/ sub contractor and supplier; from initial phase to
completion to ensure it meets the goal: Time- budget- and quality of the
