ORDER

I.A. 890/2024

The prayer in this I.A. is as under:

(a) Issue order declaring that M/s. Epitome Residency Private

Limited be withdrawn from the Corporate Insolvency
Resolution Process under Section 12A read with Rule 11 of
the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 and be
released from all obligations and proceedings related to the
insolvency.

(b) Issue necessary orders for withdrawal of application

admitted vide order dated 21 June 2023 filed under Section
9 by Jones Lang Lasalle Building Operations Private Limited
 against Epitome Residency Private Limited (being present
Company Petition No. 1366/IBC/MB/2020).

(c) Issue such other orders as may be necessary in the matter.

In view of the approval having been granted by the COC in the 7th COC meeting

held on 18.01.2024 with 97.80% voting for withdrawal of the CIRP. The prayer

is allowed and the Company Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the same, all the pending I.A.’s if any are also disposed of.
