THE PARTIES :
NELLA A. LOCQUIAO, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at P32-
03, 11th Street, Airmen’s village, Brgy. Villamor, Pasay City, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY;
WITNESSETH, That:

3. PRICE - The contract price for this property is Php 18,000,000.00 Philippine pesos.
4. The net proceeds of the property sold to a prospective buyers will be devided according
to their respective shares per sqùare meter as follows:
6. REAL PROPERTY TAXES – Any and all unpaid property taxes and processing
expenses for the consolidation of the above-described property will be paid by the
parties.
7. PAYMENT OF CAPITAL GAIN TAX- The capital gain tax fornthe property shall be paid
hy the buyer;
8. OTHER TAXES AND EXPENSES- The documentary stamp tax, transfer tax,
registration fees and all other expenses to transfer the title of the property from the
owner’s name to the buyer’s name shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
This request is made in support to our application for judicial titling of the said property
and hire the services of any registered Geodetic Engineer upon approval of this request for the
consolidation of the property.
