Proposal For Collaboration
La Forum GB organises three types of public speaking events, i.e., Model United Nations,
Parliamentary Debates and Parliament Sessions. The detailed explanation is provided below:
3. Parliamentary Session
A Parliamentary Session is generally a simulation of parliament in session. Usually,
students are required to form parties and are required to form a resolution and pass it
as an act or legislation. Complete parliamentary procedure is to be followed. ROP of
Parliamentary Session is slightly different from an MUN. This is a small event with
only houses representing Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Requirements for hosting a

for all the amenities and logistic support. The amount of charge is to be discussed
between the management of the school and La Forum.
The dates of the conference are to be discussed and decided by the school management. The
School is required to form a public speaking society with two convenors leading the society
for smooth conduct of the event. The school may wish to keep the society running even after
the event to support the growth of Public Speaking Culture among the students.
Terms and Conditions of the hosting of the event can be discussed by the management of
both of the schools and La Forum. The company bounds no educational institution to enter
into a contract for specific performance or for a time duration. A Memorandum of
Understating (MOU) need to be signed by both, the school and La Forum on the Terms and
Conditions discussed and decided to host the event.
