TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Move In can only take place only during the permitted hours. Please contact Provis Call Center
on 600 505056 for more information.
2. It is the responsibility of the Residents to ensure no damages are caused to the common areas
while moving in.
3. Owners Union Office will charge the cost of repairs to the Unit in case any damages are caused
to the common areas.
4. Areas must be cleaned and waste be disposed of promptly in a proper manner.
5. Oversized cartons and garbage should not be disposed of in garbage chute, garbage room or
common areas. Removal of the same is the responsibility of the Resident.
6. Applicable penalties will be levied in case of non-compliance with any of the above.
7. Movers’ vehicles should not exceed permitted height.
8. The Owners Union and its associates will not be held liable for any accident / injury; necessary
safety precautions are to be taken by the resident and moving company.
9. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to fulfill the contractual obligations towards the Unit Owner.
10. Occupants are obliged to follow all other Community Rules and Regulations.
