PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The CAESAR system is basically designed to operate via different sub-systems. At a higher-level the sub-
systems are designed to hold the rules and regulations governing the contract, and at a lower level to
transact the day-to-day operations. The system will interact with the other sub-systems, internal or external,
for accessing necessary information and further processing.
CAESAR system is basically operated in two environments i.e., proposal environment (Offerte) and
production environment (Productie). The sub-systems are maintained in two clones viz., BP and P&A for
easier operation and minimizing the processing time. At the same time, some sub-systems are maintained in
one system alone and will not have any clones.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Credit Authorization Systems (CAS) in Bawag group is to assess customers on their use of the credit
products issued by Bawag. It take action on the customers - the action being either on positive side e.g.,
increase in scope of features provided or on negative side e.g., collection on amounts due but not paid for a
long time. CAS is acts as data repository for account 17 months billed data and one month un-billed data.
CAS is handling alert processing system with open systems though middleware.
