Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,

Amazon request me to submit more information that demonstrates that my account complies with your
dropshipping policy. So, there are some information about it.

As I have mentioned in previous submission that I am not interested in dropshipping anymore, But I
want my account fully reactivated.

Preventive Steps:
 Next time if I want to do dropshipping. I will have an agreement with my supplier that identify
me, not anyone else. Furthermore, my packing slips, invoices, external packaging and other
information included or provided would in connection with the products.
 I will remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging or other information identifying a
third-party drop shipper prior to shipping the order.
 I am responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of my products; and
 Comply with all other terms of my seller agreement and applicable Amazon policies.

In Fact:
Nowadays, I am working on my Amazon FBA business for example, I am searching for products in
their suppliers even I have spoken with a few suppliers and have will agreement with them. Just waiting
for my account to fully activated and then I will ship it to Amazon warehouse. Furthermore, I have
spoken with my accountant for making me LTD, VAT service and eligible bank account. I made
everything set but. Unfortunately, everything have been delayed due to my account deactivation.

Finally, I am kindly requesting to give me one more chance to prove myself.
