How to use the confirmation
If you have booked hotel or apartment, please present one copy of the Accommodation Voucher to reception on arrival. If you
do not arrive on the first night the property will release the room and full charges will apply.
If you have booked services, please present one copy of the Service Voucher to each supplier at the start of each service. If you
do not arrive at the meeting point on time the tour will depart and full charges will apply. Failure to present a voucher may result
in you being charged again or the service not being provided.

Extras 
Any items not included in the price you have already paid such as minibar, porterage, laundry, telephone, Parking etc. will need
to be paid by you locally to the service supplier. Accommodation and Service Vouchers are non-transferable to a third party.

Recommendations 
We would appreciate receiving recommendations on the hotels, apartments and additional services upon your arrival back home.
These recommendations will help us apply the best services to our clients.
