We aim to provide a super cool badminton facility that promotes the


sport, builds a sense of community, and encourages people of all ages and skill
levels to pursue their love for badminton. We want to create an environment
where players can improve their skills, make friends, and have fun while
playing the game.

A. Name of the Business, Description and Location

F&N Badminton Center is in Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City, and it is


the perfect destination for all badminton enthusiasts. Our courts are state-of-
the-art and designed to provide the best performance, ensuring an exciting and
enjoyable experience for players of all skill levels. Our exceptional services
include rentable rackets and shoes, making it easy for anyone to gear up and
start playing. We also organize sponsored and non-sponsored tournaments,
where players can showcase their skills and win exciting prizes. Additionally,
our facility is available for events, whether it's for a corporate team-building
exercise or a birthday party. At F&N Badminton Center, we are committed to
providing the highest quality and service to satisfy your badminton cravings.

B. The Business Opportunity

Our Badminton Center offer a wide range of badminton equipment such as


rackets, shuttlecocks, shoes, bags, grips, and apparel. Cater to players of all ages and skill
levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced players. Additionally, provide
coaching and training services for individuals or groups who want to improve their
badminton skills, and offer different training programs for beginners, recreational players,
and competitive athletes. Lastly, If you have access to badminton courts, you can rent
them out on an hourly basis. Provide a clean and well-maintained facility with proper

 Previous managerial experience is a bonus.
 Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical
systems.

 Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the facility.
 They ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that the facility is clean and
well-maintained.
 They also manage repairs and renovations and ensure that the facility meets all safety
regulations.

7) Head Coach
 Three years or more of recent badminton coaching experience
 Excellent interpersonal, analytical, evaluation and planning skills
 Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Function
 To inspire and meet the demands of young athletes with various abilities and
personalities, you require a certain set of skills.
 They should be patient in teaching and guiding players through challenges and adaptable
in adjusting coaching strategies as needed.

8) Coaching Staff
 Formal coaching-related training is preferred.
 Proven experience as a trailblazing head coach.
 Own demonstrable history of pertinent sporting success.
 Perceptive of sports-related talent.
 Well-honed brainstorming, strategist, and leadership skills.
 Commendable administrative and refereeing abilities.
 Exceptional verbal communication skills.
 Intent on morale-boosting, notably during hardship.

maintain inventory.
 They are knowledgeable about the latest equipment and trends in the sport and help
customers find the best equipment to meet their needs.
