My daughter ANEEKSHA PURKAIT, with Roll Number 20 is a student of Class Nursery at your
school KIDDY ZONE. As a part of my job, I am moving to a new location and would be taking my
family along with me. Hence, ANEEKSHA would not be able to continue her classes at your school.

I would be really obliged if you can issue a TRANSFER CERTIFICATE for her to facilitate her
admission at another school at the new location.

I also hereby confirm that her remaining tuition fees has been paid till March 2020 and there are no
dues pending to be cleared.
