ILS Hariyali’s Animal Photography Competition at LEGALESE 2023

The photography competition is organized by the Animal Law unit of the Hariyali cell. It is an initiative to
give us an opportunity to have a better look at the fauna around us and to create compassion for all
beings. We hereby welcome all the animal lovers and photography enthusiasts to express your love for
your passion through your pictures!

RULES

Participants are requested to keep in mind the following rules while submitting their entries.

• Photos need to be clicked within ILS law college campus only.

• Photos need to be limited to animals only (birds, reptiles, insects, cats, dogs, etc.)
• Photos need to be submitted in JPEG format only.
• Participants may use their phones, cameras, DSLRs, etc. to click these photos.
• Every participant needs to submit a paragraph (not exceeding 100 words) with their photo
entries.
• The paragraph may or may not be directly related to the photograph but has to be related to the
theme.
• Participants need to mention the exact location where the picture was clicked.
• One participant is allowed to make only one entry
• In case of multiple entries from the same candidate, the last entry based on the time of
submission will be considered as the only final entry.
• Participants are expected to take candid pictures. No animals should be harmed or disturbed
at the time of photography.

REGISTRATION and RESULTS

• Students and faculty members who wish to participate need to submit their entries via the
Google form attached to this notice.
• The last date of registration is 26th March till 11.59pm
• Participants must agree to give consent to the Organizing Committee to display their paragraph
along with the photograph in order to qualify for the competition.
• The top 2 photographs shall be awarded with a certificate from the ILS Hariyali Cell.
• The best photographs (along with the submitted paragraph) will be printed and displayed at the
exhibition during LEGALESE 2023.
In case of any disagreement with the results the decision of the Organizing Committee will be
final.
The decision of the Organizing Committee will be final in the interpretation of the rules.
