• How to Install Your New ETP Premium Offline Application and Add Manuals to it
P&WC offers its technical publications on the My P&WC Power customer portal in both online and offline media types. In order to offer a more complete
and intuitive experience to our customers, we decided in September 2019 to launch the ETP Offline Premium.
1. Single User: This installation allows one single user to access multiple manuals. This product is ideal for a local PC installation. There can be as
many single-user installation for a company as long as it follows the amount of licenses purchased in the subscription.
2. Multi-User: This installation allows multiple users (not only limited to one user accessing ETP Offline at a time) to concurrently access multiple
manuals. This installation is ideal for a shared network installation. ETP Offline Premium is bound by the same subscription limit as purchased on
My P&WC Power.

INTRODUCTION AND NEW FEATURES
The next slide represents the high level architecture of the offline offering. In a nutshell, what we call the ETP Offline Premium is the “container” or the reader inside which your
My P&WC Power Company Administrator or your Librarian can download and add your technical publications offered in that format (Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts
Catalog, some Cleaning Inspection and Repairs and some Overhaul Manuals).
*** Please note that this product replaced the ETP Temporary Secured Key (as of Dec 31 2019)
*** Please note that the ETP Offline Premium application is designed to work only on Windows-based PC And Tablet (like MS Surface).

INSTALLATION - WHAT TO DO
BULK UPLOAD OF OFFLINE MANUALS
You can now select up to 10 ETP Offline manuals (zip folders) to be added at a time to your ETP Offline Premium application. This is a great time
saver! Do not unzip the Offline manual packages before adding it to your ETP Offline Premium application.
Click on the “refresh button” to see if there was any updates since last time you downloaded your manual(s). As you can see. It shows directly which
manuals have been updated/revised (flag icon).
To update your Offline Premium reader with a revised manual, the Librarian needs to download the new latest version from your My P&WC Power
portal, to save it and to add it to your ETP Offline Premium viewer by clicking on the “flag” icon.
Our new Shopping List feature enables any user to build a shopping list for parts to order on My P&WC Power directly from the Illustrated Parts
Catalog. The list can be built in an Offline mode from the ETP Offline Premium, saved and can be uploaded online on the portal by any user. All users
can create and upload a shopping list. Not everyone can purchase on My P&WC Power.

Our new mouse over feature enables users to go over a grey section (where a change has occurred from the prior to the current revision of the manual)
and display the reason for the change (highlights).

USING NEW FEATURES (FROM 3.3.0)
SHARE LINKS TO PAGES OF A MANUAL
Users can now copy and share links (URLs) to specific sections of specific manuals between each other’s. The links are valid for a specific revision of
the manual. Once a manual is revised and replaced with another revision, the link becomes invalid.
Users can now add bookmarks to sections of an ETP Offline manual. The icon for bookmarks is a blue star. Please note that the bookmarks are at the
user-lever, which means that no one else can see your specific bookmarks. Bookmarks are kept whenever a manual is replaced with the latest revision.
From your S1000D Maintenance Manual (PW800 or PT6E-67XP), you can click on any part that is hyperlinked in the legend of figures. It will take you
on My P&WC Power, where you will need to log in and purchase part(s) directly from the Online eReader Illustrated Parts Catalog.
