INTRODUCTION AND INSTALLATION

P&WC offers its technical publications on the My P&WC Power customer portal in both online and offline media types. In order to offer a more complete
and intuitive experience to our customers, we decided in September 2019 to launch the ETP Offline Premium.

There are 2 possible installations for the ETP Offline Premium:

1. Single User: This installation allows one single user to access multiple manuals. This product is ideal for a local PC installation. There can be as
many single-user installation for a company as long as it follows the amount of licenses purchased in the subscription.

2. Multi-User: This installation allows multiple users (not only limited to one user accessing ETP Offline at a time) to concurrently access multiple
manuals. This installation is ideal for a shared network installation. ETP Offline Premium is bound by the same subscription limit as purchased on
My P&WC Power.

INTRODUCTION AND NEW FEATURES

The next slide represents the high level architecture of the offline offering. In a nutshell, what we call the ETP Offline Premium is the “container” or the reader inside which your
My P&WC Power Company Administrator or your Librarian can download and add your technical publications offered in that format (Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts
Catalog, some Cleaning Inspection and Repairs and some Overhaul Manuals).

ETP Offline Premium solution provides new features:

• A multi-manual and multi-user capability

• An offline shopping list to prepare for buying once online

• A link to SB on the portal from the Maintenance Manual

• A capacity to add and manage attachments (files or hyperlinks)

• A mouse over to see reason for change in manuals

• Archive of previous version

• Possibility to add some PDF format manuals to your application

• Manage your Bookmarks

• Shop from your Maintenance Manual

*** Please note that this product replaced the ETP Temporary Secured Key (as of Dec 31 2019)

*** Please note that the ETP Offline Premium application is designed to work only on Windows-based PC And Tablet (like MS Surface).
