B. Take a photo of each and describe how each activity help you lessen the stress
you are currently facing?

 Listen to Music

While listening to music, it’s help me lessen the stress I am facing because
those melodies of every song I’m playing, it gives positive feeling in my body. Every
time I listen to music, I forgot the stress I have, I focus on every lyrics of different
songs and I can relate on some musics I’m playing.

 Take a bike ride

Having a ride help me to lessen the stress I have. The scenery, the
wind, the peaceful environment gives satisfaction to my mind. It allows me to have
me time and it allows me to forget the problem I have even just in a short period of
time.

 Call a friend

Having a deep talks with them relieve the stress I have. Every time I’ve talked
to them, I feel that I am not alone and I have somebody who will be there every time
I’m in the dark side of my life. They help me to enlighten my mood and help me to
forget the stress I have.

C. Aside from the activities presented, in what other ways can you relieve stress?

Aside from the activities that are present in the picture, I can relieve the stress
I have every time I’m cleaning the house. While doing household chores, it helps me
to remove the things that gives so much stress on my. It help me to refresh my mind
because every time I see how clean the house, it gives satisfaction on me.

D. Why is it important to perform activities that help relieve one’s stress?


It is important to perform different activities that help relieve your stress
because it will make you more happy and help you forget the stress you have. It is
important to do those to prevent a long term disease that you can have because of the
stress.
