Listen to Music
While listening to music, it’s help me lessen the stress I am facing because
those melodies of every song I’m playing, it gives positive feeling in my body. Every
time I listen to music, I forgot the stress I have, I focus on every lyrics of different
songs and I can relate on some musics I’m playing.
Having a ride help me to lessen the stress I have. The scenery, the
wind, the peaceful environment gives satisfaction to my mind. It allows me to have
me time and it allows me to forget the problem I have even just in a short period of
time.
Call a friend
Having a deep talks with them relieve the stress I have. Every time I’ve talked
to them, I feel that I am not alone and I have somebody who will be there every time
I’m in the dark side of my life. They help me to enlighten my mood and help me to
forget the stress I have.

I have every time I’m cleaning the house. While doing household chores, it helps me
