There are faint reticular densities in the left upper lung, partly obscured by the ipsilateral clavicle and first anterior
rib.

Heart is slightly enlarged.

Aorta is partly calcified.

Both costophrenic sulci and hemidiaphragms are intact.

Osteophytes are seen in the thoracic vertebrae.

There is slight rightward deviation of the thoracic spine.

The rest of the visualized osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:

Cannot totally rule out infiltrates, left upper lung. Apicolordotic view is suggested, if clinically warranted.
Mild cardiomegaly
Atherosclerotic aorta
Degenerative osseous changes
Consider mild thoracic dextroscoliosis
