Notice Inviting Tender

Sealed tenders are invited from eligible and qualified contractors to construct a Ground + 2
Storeyed structures in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The expected to be completed within 24
months from the date of commencement of the work.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The contractor should have a valid registration with the Maharashtra State Construction
Authority (MSCA) or any other equivalent authority.
2. The contractor should have experience in executing similar works of a minimum value of
Rs. 10 Crores.
3. The contractor should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 Crores in the last three
financial years.
4. The contractor should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 50 Crores in the last three
financial years.

Scope of Work:
1. Construction of a Ground + 2 Floors Project in RCC Frame Structure.
2. The project includes site preparation, excavation, foundation work, masonry,
structural work, electrical and plumbing work, finishing work, and other related
works.
3. The contractor shall provide all necessary labour, materials, equipment, and tools
required for the successful completion of the project.
4. The contractor shall ensure that all works are executed as per the specifications,
drawings, and instructions of the project consultant.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The tenderer shall quote the rates both in figures and words and any corrections
should be duly attested by the tenderer.
2. The tenderer shall provide the details of the work executed by them in the past and
the experience certificate of their technical staff.
3. The tenderer shall abide by the safety rules, regulations in force at the site of work.
4. The tenderer shall ensure that the work is completed within the specified period.
5. The tenderer shall have to execute an agreement with the employer before starting
the work.
6. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenders without
assigning any reason thereof.
Tender Documents:
The tender documents may be obtained from the office of the undersigned from 27th March
2023 to 1st April 2023 on payment of a non-refundable fee of ₹ 8000/-.

Submission of Tender:
The completed tender documents, along with the earnest money deposit (EMD) of
₹ 50,000/- in the form of a demand draft drawn in favour of Sarvesh S. Bagad payable at
Nashik, Maharashtra and other necessary documents should be submitted in a sealed
cover addressed to Sarvesh S. Bagad – The Urban Habitat Builders on or before 5 pm on
the 15th April at The Solitare, Mahatma Nagar, Nashik – 422002.

Opening of Tender:
The tenders shall be opened on 24th April at 11:00 am in the presence of the tenderers or
their authorized representatives who may wish to be present.
