 INTRODUCTION
"Youth" can be understood in two ways:
1. Stage of Life:
Youth refers to the period in someone's life between childhood and
adulthood. It's a time of transition, marked by physical, emotional, and social
development.
Age Range: There's no single definition for the exact age range of youth. It

YOUTH can vary depending on culture and context. However, a common range falls
between the early teens (around 12-13) and the mid-twenties (around 24-25).
Characteristics: This stage is often associated with:

neighborhoods, cities, and even countries. Cultural centers can be run by the government, community
organizations, or private entities.
Cultural centers typically offer a variety of programs and events, such as:
