RASHEED S/O MOHAMMAD RAFEEQ BABU aged 35 yrs residing at
202/182, Attarsuiya, Allahbad Uttar Pradesh – 211003, as per Muslim
Personal Law, ON 27-06-2023 at ,

That we husband and wife hardly stay together since last 8 months, due to
differences of opinion between both the husband and wife, and now it is
not possible to reside together and continue married life hence they
decided to dissolve their marriage by Khula as permissible in Muslim
community and after that I SHABNAM BANO D/O SHAHID ALI PATHAN
have demanded khula from my husband and wife free from his
Nikah/Marriage.
I MOHD RASHEED S/O MOHAMMAD RAFEEQ BABU accepted Khula and give
talak e bine (talak) to my wife SHABNAM BANO D/O SHAHID ALI PATHAN and set
her free from my Nikah

Hence from today i.e. 21-02-2024 the marital relationship between husband and
wife is finished and the marriage stands null and void from today.
